Appointments and suitability
A booking does not guarantee treatment. Services remain subject to consultation, suitability, consent and any required pre-treatment steps such as a patch test.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website should be checked against the current booking page. Any deposits, balances, accepted payment methods or finance arrangements should be disclosed before purchase.
Changes, lateness and cancellation
The cancellation, rescheduling, lateness and non-attendance terms presented during booking form part of the appointment agreement. Add Wellora’s approved time limits and charges before publication if they are not already displayed during booking.
Results, risks and aftercare
Outcomes vary. Relevant risks, alternatives, expected recovery and aftercare should be discussed as part of consultation and consent. Clients are responsible for following the aftercare given and seeking help for concerns.
